At Christo’s, we like to think of them as a culinary institution – a time-honoured tradition, where a slab of (already delicious) fries are covered with everything and anything, from perfectly cooked meat to a myriad of sauces.
In our kitchen, we take loaded fries to the next level. We get some tasty fries, load ‘em up with cheese, and then let you pick:
- Topping: choose from slow-cooked pulled pork, Christo’s fried chicken or smashed patty.
- Sauce: choose up to three! Stick with tried and true favourites, like tomato or BBQ sauce–or expand your horizons, with: Christo’s secret sauce, sriracha mayo, jalapeño mayo, home-made 3 cheese, or tomato & smokey chipotle.
